For any postcodes which fall outside our standard delivery locations, the following message will be displayed by our 'Calculate Shipping' tool or during the checkout: 'Please contact us for a custom delivery quote'
To receive a custom delivery quote for your order, you are welcome to submit an enquiry through our Contact Form or Live Chat message service by doing the following:
- Navigating to the product page of the item you'd like to enquire about
- Scroll down the page and click the 'Need Help?' icon on the bottom left hand side
- Fill in the form to submit your question and postcode and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
