Yes, as we use a courier service to complete all customer deliveries, a customer signature is required to successfully complete delivery.

If you are unavailable to sign for your item on delivery, a card will be left by their services with the details of your delivery in order to make contact and organise a more suitable time for redelivery.

Alternatively, during the checkout process through our store, you are able to provide an 'Authority to Leave', which enables the courier service to complete delivery without a required signature.
