Can I schedule a time/day for delivery? Print

Unfortunately as we use an external Courier Service to make all customer deliveries on our behalf, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery days or times unfortunately.


However dispatch information will be updated in your Home Storage & Living account once your order has been dispatched to track the progress of delivery. Alternatively, you can view the status of your order using the tracking number and details received in your Tracking Email once your order has been dispatched.

We also provide a text messaging service to notify customers on the day of delivery.
