If you receive your goods and wish to exchange your received goods for other products within our range, you are more than welcome to return your goods within 30 days of receiving.
Customers must cover the cost of return shipping and any subsequent packing material. Should you require Home Storage & Living to take care of the return shipping, you will be contacted via email by a Customer Service Representative outlining the day of collection, and the cost of return shipping. Goods must be sent back in original condition, inside the original packaging with internal and external tags still attached.
Once your original order has been returned to Home Storage & Living, we will then process and send your exchange items. Customers are required to cover the cost of redelivery for any exchange items which is charged at the original flat rate of freight on the order.
Home Storage & Living do not accept returns due to a change in price or price reduction on sale items. Home Storage & Living reserves the right to make amendments to pricing at any time.
