In the unlikely event you receive any product from us which is faulty, broken or damaged in transit, Home Storage & Living offer customers a 7 day full product replacement offer. Contact must be made to a Home Storage & Living Customer Service Representative within the 7 day time period from when goods are received. Should a product be ‘Out of Stock’ when attempting to obtain a replacement product, customers are offered a full price refund and refund of any postage paid.

Necessary proof of purchase and photographic evidence to support refund and damage claim must be supplied in order to receive full refund of purchase price and any relevant shipping costs. Home Storage & Living covers the cost of shipping to send replacement products. Customers will be instructed by the Customer Service Representative of what measures to take regarding the damaged stock. Should Home Storage & Living instruct that the damaged goods be returned, Home Storage & Living will cover the cost of the return shipping.
